Refund and Cancellation Policy for WOOOW AI Platform

This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is established by Tech Gaint Solution Private Limited ("we" or "the Company") for subscriptions and services on our WOOOW AI platform. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Cancellation Rights

1.1. Cancellation Window

If you are not satisfied with your WOOOW AI subscription package, you may cancel it within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. This 7-day period will be referred to as the "Cancellation Window."

1.2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription within the Cancellation Window, you must contact our Customer Support team via the following method:

  • Describe The Reason For Cancelation

Your cancellation request will be verified against your account and payment details before being processed.

1.3. After the Cancellation Window

No refund requests will be accepted for a subscription once the 7-day Cancellation Window has passed. Your subscription will remain active for the period you have already paid for, and it will cease to auto-renew at the next billing cycle (if auto-renewal is active).

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refund Eligibility

You will be eligible for a refund if you properly submit your cancellation request within the specified Cancellation Window.

2.2. Deductions

During the refund process, certain amounts may be deducted from your total refund, including but not limited to:

  • Service Usage: If you have utilized a significant portion of the platform's services during the Cancellation Window (e.g., used a large number of AI credits or marketing messages), the value of the utilized services may be deducted proportionally.
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Any non-recoverable processing fees charged to us by the payment gateway for the original subscription transaction may be deducted.

2.3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your cancellation request is approved and the refund amount is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the User's original payment account within thirty (30) days.

Note: The exact time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Expired Window: Cancellation requests submitted more than 7 days after the original purchase date.
  • Affiliate Commissions: Earnings or commissions gained through the affiliate or referral program are not eligible for a refund.
  • Violation of Terms: If your account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of the WOOOW AI Terms and Services (e.g., spamming, fraudulent activity, or platform misuse), no refund will be provided.
  • Free Trial/Promotional Packages: Subscriptions purchased under a free trial or other promotional offers are not eligible for a refund.

4. Affiliate Commission Clawback

Should a user purchase a subscription using your referral link and subsequently receive a refund under this Policy, any commission you received from that specific sale will be reversed or deducted from your future commission payouts.

5. Policy Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective from the date of posting.
